Rental Agreement

SCHEDULE:
- Check-in: from 4pm to 8pm. The check-in deadline is 9pm, in case you arrive later than this time, a supplement of €20 will be charged.

- Departure time: before 10.30am. Failure to comply with the departure time may result in an additional fee set at €50, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

NOTES/ RULES:
- Only the number of people indicated in the reservation is allowed. Extra guests will pay 10€ each per night. No exceptions.
- Trash bins: please throw your trash bags in the trash containers located on the main road (A-2233) next to Camping Pinar San José, 1km from the house.
- Cleaning: you receive your cottage in a clean condition. Please make sure you leave it in acceptable condition. Otherwise, 50€ will be charged.
- Water: the water we use comes from a well and therefore is not for drinking; however, you may bathe, and cook without any problems.
- WC: please don't flush tampons, bathroom wipes, cotton balls, band-aids, cigarette butts, dental floss, down this toilet. These items are creating clogs and backups in the sewer systems.
- Parties and any type of activity that causes noise or inconvenience to neighbors are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

DEPOSIT: the deposit of €150 will be collected in cash on the day of arrival and will be returned the same day of departure, once the house has been checked and in the event that no physical or moral damage has occurred. If there is physical damage, an amount will be estimated based on it, discounting it from the deposit provided.

RATE: the agreed price includes water supplies, electricity (not including the use of radiators in winter), wifi, use of bed and bath linen, and initial cleaning of the house.

Cancellation policy: cancellation of reservations must be made more than 28 days in advance for the money deposited to be refunded. Important: in the event of any type of cancellation, 5% will be deducted as administrative expenses from the total amount of the reservation.

Special cancelation policy due to COVID-19: all bookings are fully refundable up to 10 days before the check-in if the cancellation occurs due to COVID-19. Important: A fee of 10% of the total amount of the booking will be charged on any type of cancellation due to administrative costs. You'll need to submit compelling evidence indicating you won't be able to stay with us because of government restrictions and not being able to travel to us from your actual place of residence.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION FREES FOR THE COLDEST MONTHS: the cottage comes with a winter eiderdown and a blanket for each bed. We are happy to give you more blankets if you need them. In case you are still cool, we can provide you a radiator but the electricity will not be included in the price as it is an extra service. Each rural house has an electricity meter located within the power panel. The meter will be read when receiving the keys of the house and when checking out and the KWh consumed will be charged at €0.30/KWh. The average consumption per day in a house for 2 people it is 4KWh. A moderate radiator´s electricity consumption is €2 per day approx

The guest will be refunded 95% of the total cost if the cancellation happens at least 28 days before the checkin

Directions: If you are standing in front of Caños De Meca Camping you need to go down the road to the left of the campsite (as you turn off the road it is a hard left hand turn if you are coming from Barbate direction, and if you are coming from the Conil direction you turn off onto the slip road (slight right) and go along the front of the campsite and go straight on down the road initially goes round to the right but keep going straight on, past the small supermarket, Restaurant La Traina, Limonera, etc, until you reach a big gateway on the right, and a road that is lined with palm trees, go through the gates and drive on until you see a turn on the left, with a small blue sign saying Casara.
